Carriage
We aim to despatch orders received before noon within the same business day. Orders placed after noon will be despatched the following business day. All orders despatch dates are subject to payment processing being cleared.
Orders placed outside business hours, during week-ends and public holidays will be despatched the next business day.
We charge a flat shipping rate of £ 8.00 + VAT for orders under £ 75.00 , and offer a FREE delivery for orders over £75.00 (UK Mainland only). Northern Ireland and Isle of Man deliveries require an additional shipping module to be purchased - please see our Accessories Category in the shop for Northern Ireland shipping and Isle of Man shipping
On receipt of your goods, please check their condition immediately, and report any damage within 48 hours from receipt. Please use the “Contact Us” page, and choose the appropriate e-mail address. It is imperative that you provide your order number in your e-mail so that we can track your product.
We are updating our stocks daily, however, should the goods you ordered be out of stock, we will place them on back-order and you will be kept informed of your order status.
Failed Deliveries
Our couriers will attempt to deliver up to 3 times on consecutive days. Should the premises be closed (no one to receive the goods), a card will be left with a contact number and consignment number. Please telephone and re-arrange the delivery directly with the courier.
After 3 delivery attempts the goods will be returned to our warehouse. Should you then decide that you wish to cancel the order, a refund will be processed, less the delivery charge of £ 8.00 + VAT (£ 9.20) for orders under £ 75.00, orders over £ 75.00 where the delivery charge is included in the price will be subject to a £ 17.00 + VAT (£ 19.55) deduction from the refund amount. If you decide that you wish to have the order re-delivered, an additional delivery charge of £ 8.00 + VAT (£ 9.20) will apply for orders under £ 75.00 and £ 17.00 + VAT (£ 19.55) for orders where the initial delivery charge was included in the price.
Returns / Warranties
Should you not be satisfied with the unit you have ordered, you can return it to us for a refund, within 7 days of purchase (receipt). The goods must be in their original condition.
Faulty goods will be collected and replaced with an identical item within the first 30 days of your purchase. Should the stocks run out, you will be given the choice of a full refund or a similar unit.
After the 30 days period, any faulty goods will be collected and repaired, tested and returned to you or replaced. Should the goods be "beyond economical repair", they will be replaced with a similar unit.
Prior to returning a unit to us, please contact us using the contact page/returns page, and provide the order number. A return authorization note will be issued, and a label e-mailed to you. Please affix the label to the box prior to collection by our carrier.
Goods received without a return authorisation will not be accepted.
Always return the unit in its original box. Should the goods be damaged in transit to us due to poor or inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to levy a charge for any damage repair necessary.
Our units carry a 12 months limited warranty. You can purchase extended warranty, and are encouraged to do so when you purchase the goods, or within the next 60 days. When you purchase your extended warranty after the purchase date, we will need your original order number in order to activate your extended warranty.
Refunds
Should you wish to return a unit for a refund, you must return the unit in its original / new condition and original packaging within 7 days of receipt. If the unit is returned to us by you (The Customer) a full refund of the price paid for the unit at the time of purchase will be processed upon satisfactory inspection of the returned goods. For goods under £ 75.00 (inclusive of VAT), the initial delivery charge (£ 9.20) will be deducted from the total amount paid. For goods over £ 75.00, where the delivery charge is included in the price, £19.55 will be deducted from the total amount paid, representing the initial delivery charge (included in the price). Alternatively, if you prefer us to collect the unit, collections can be arranged for the additional sums of £ 9.20 (for goods under £ 75.00) and £ 19.55 (for goods over £ 75.00).
Should the goods be returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to levy a charge for the repair of the damage.
If your unit has developed a fault, is within the warranty period, and cannot be repaired or replaced due to stocks running out, a full refund including any delivery charges will be processed. The faulty unit will also be collected by us free of charge.
