Servistec Ltd. grants you (The Customer) a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website.This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied.

Account

Once you have created your account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can do this by simply logging into your account, and editing your profile. You are also encouraged to change your password frequently and restrict unauthorized use of your computer.

Purchasing

Just browse our Product List and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout button and you will be directed to our payment processor secure server. We accept credit / debit card payment.

Please note that the Customer is responsible for all transactions carried out with his / her Credit Card and for prevention of fraudulent use of his / her credit card.

For orders which have a different delivery address to the Card billing address we will require further proof of identity. This can be in the form of a copy of current Utility bill, and will require faxing or posting to us.

Order Acknowledgement

Servistec Ltd. will acknowledge all orders by e-mail as soon as payment is accepted/processed.

Tax

UK Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged in the total price of the goods and services purchased.

Warranties

All our products are sold with a 12 months standard limited Guarantee. This is in addition to your statutory rights. An extended Warranty can be purchased on line, if you so wish. The extended warranty can be purchased at the same time with your product, or within 60 days of purchase.

Returns / Refunds

You have to make every effort to report any damage to the goods at the time of delivery. If you believe the goods are damaged please do not accept delivery or alternatively make a note on the delivery form.

The maximum accepted reporting period for damaged goods is 48 hours from delivery. You are encouraged to use the contact page of our shop to report any damage/shortage immediately.

You may return a product within 7 days of purchase if you are unhappy with the product. The product must be returned in its original condition to obtain a full refund.

Your Safety

You must, upon receipt of any product from our shop, read carefully the owner manual and any safety warnings and follow clearly any guidelines on how to use the product. If you are in any doubt about the use of the product, the meaning of any warnings, or whether your intended use of the product is safe, please contact the Manufacturer’s help line prior to use. Servistec Ltd. will not be held responsible for any negligent use or misuse of products purchased from our shop. If no instructions are issued and you have a query about how to use the product you are purchasing, please contact us immediately.
